1. Our Services We provide a range of professional services designed to support inner alignment and performance, including 1:1 Coaching Containers, The Mindful Rider group programs, Performance Coaching, and Intuitive Energy Alignment sessions (inclusive of aromatherapy where applicable).2. Coaching & Consulting We offer 1:1 coaching packages (4, 8, and 12-week "Containers"). While We are committed to supporting your growth, coaching is a collaborative process. We do not provide medical, psychological, or rehabilitative advice. For The Mindful Rider programs, We focus on neuroscience and mindfulness; participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their horses during all sessions.3. Energy Alignment & Intuitive Work Energy alignment sessions may be conducted in person or at a distance. For in-person sessions involving aromatherapy, it is your responsibility to notify Us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the session.4. Rescheduling & Cancellation1:1 Coaching Containers: Per our agreement, you may terminate the container at any time with written notice. Refunds for unused sessions will be processed minus a € 500 cancellation fee.Individual Sessions (Consulting/Energy): We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without a refund.Group Programs (The Mindful Ride, MEC cohorts): Due to the limited nature of group cohorts, payments for group coaching and workshops are non-refundable once the program has commenced.5. Communication To maintain the "Coaching Container" integrity, We primarily use WhatsApp or Telegram for between-session support. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days.6. Digital Products (Courses) Digital products and courses are fulfilled via Gumroad. As the Merchant of Record, Gumroad’s terms of sale apply to these purchases. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.7. Energy Alignment & Aromatherapy In-person sessions may involve the use of essential oils. It is your responsibility to notify Us of any allergies or medical conditions (such as pregnancy) before the session. We are not medical practitioners; these sessions are intended for stress reduction and relaxation and should not replace medical treatment.8: The Disclaimers
8.1. Our coaching, consulting, and energy alignment sessions are for educational and self-development purposes only. We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. Our services do not replace the advice of a physician, psychiatrist, or therapist.8.2. Participation in 'The Mindful Rider' programs involves inherent risks associated with equestrian activities. We are not liable for any injury or accident occurring during the application of mindfulness or neuroscience techniques while working with horses. You agree to prioritize safety and follow all standard equine safety protocols.8.3. We cannot and do not guarantee specific results, income, or performance outcomes. Your success depends on your own application, commitment, and individual circumstances.
